I think he's monumentally over rated, pea hearted and you're making a mistake. But that's just my opinion.

Absolute jet when he's up you can't deny that.
For some reason he's become timid and so lacking in confidence.

I didn't see any of these traits in his first year and a half.
Shit footballer's don't win the rising star award.

I wouldn't be pissed if we kept him cause he may be able to turn it around.
Having said that, if he can't find the courage to hit in when he needs to then see ya later.

Nice to know we'd offload a gun kid for after having a down year in difficult circumstances and following a bout of glandular fever

Cheers. Hope he breaks a few tvs on his way out the door as well!

Not many kids get drafted and kick 62 goals in their 1st 2 seasons of AFL Footy, very happy for us to take the punt on him considering his age

Richmond receive pick 17 and a future 2nd, Saints receive Higgins, pick 21 and a future 4th.

St Kilda have now added in the last 3 years :

Trade/Draft

Hannebery (T) and King (D) in 2018

Howard, Ryder, Hill, Jones, Butler (T) in 2019

Crouch, Higgins (T) in 2020

Talk about going hard, good on them, Saints fans would be stoked that they aren't sitting on their hands anymore.

Hanners is cooked, Ryder may or may not return to his excellent pre injury form and Higgins is just a solid foot soldier.
Still don’t see that list troubling this years top 4.
If they can get the other King next year in the trade that will help
