So are we guessing the lady has dressed up, Lyon has made a comment along the lines of "Geez, you're not half bad when you put some effort in", she's taken offense. Lyon says sorry on the spot, reports to the club in the morning. AFL look at it and say c'mon Ross, you need to be smarter than that and they leave it at that.
Lady still not happy, reports to workcover, Freo slip her 10k to bugger off and that's the end of it.

A boss can be sued for saying something that is interpreted in an unintended manner.

What if this girl who reportedly always wore casual clothes to work on a daily basis, was dressed up and Ross said ‘gee you look nice tonight’ Ross means it as a compliment only and she takes it as him coming on to her? Decides to take action. Fair Work would demand some sort of action and generally a payment of some sort is the outcome
