Where did Harley come from?? Chapman was the obvious shoe-in for the job but there would also be some p**sed off Cats players who would have been better than Harley (ie Corey, Scarlett, Ling, Enright or Milburn).

Surely before the leadership group can demand the above, they actually have to show some leadership qualities and capabilities
