I'm a big fan, mainly for his thigh girth.

You'd shudder at the sight of Ollie Wines then.

So much time to observe given the slow movement of said appendages.

I was sitting on the fence at the recent Pies v Adelaide game and he walked by and I jokingly said "Travis Varcoe, Smithfield's finest".
I got a thumbs up and a surprised look.

Would think so, especially with Wells and Mayne still to see out their contracts.

Maynes impressed me this year. I thought he was cooked. Another feather in Buckleys cap.
I'm a little concerned with Elliott's body not holding up.
Add Reid's continual " leg" problems and that makes the list managers job more difficult.
Important draft this year!

Right now you have 13*, 45, 48....want to use 13* wisely!

North Melbourne keep being talked of as the surprise packet of the competition, why aren't Collingwood in that discussion?

Most people had North in the bottom few and at the moment they're hanging on to a spot in the 8, just. Surely that's an "easier" step to take than 13th to ( currently ) 4th and Collingwood has as many wins now as it did for all of 2017.

Tough run home for the Pies though, Essendon, West Coast, North, Richmond, Sydney and Port still to play but I don't imagine many had them in their top 4 at the half way mark. Should still play final I reckon.

1 game separates 4th to 9th
Having a look at their run home, although currently sitting 4th & having a good year thus far, I reckon they’ll actually miss the finals.
