Hey Wub's, what do you think of Wayne Careys' call, trade Tippett while you can and get rid of the $800k from the salary cap for a bloke who gets 5 touches a week?

to honest mate, not 100% sure. I was giving tippett this year his final chance... haven't actually listed to what carey said last night, so i'll listen to that today and get back to you.

salary cap shouldn't be a real issue because we couldn't bring in anyone during the trade period and players were either moved on or retired from the 2014 season..

we need another key defender if anything due to richards only having a season or 2 left and grundy, well grundy. I think we should go after rance...

Other than Rance, out of the rest of the group under free agency maybe Pears,Tarrant, Garland, Grima. Not a lot of quality options, but Garland is probably the pick of those blokes. Sam Reid needs to stay down back.
Your ruck position is probably something you need to look at as well. Maybe Leuenberger.
You could probably get both Garland and Leuenberger for the same cash as Tippett.

Rodney Eade must sit up at nights wondering what he’s got himself into.

Apparently, the Suns Board thought they were all set for a big premiership tilt and they just needed Eade to get them over the line.

I’m not sure I can count all the holes in that piece of logic but then, this board has a special knack for getting things stupendously wrong.

To be fair, which I occasionally am, they have a lot of injuries, which probably comes from a new coach making them train properly for the first time.

On top of that, people are now crucifying Ablett for not playing. Last time we saw him play he could barely lift his arm. What are the Suns going to rush him back for anyway? They aren’t playing finals this year.

Sydney are coming off a win against Carlton in a game that was weirdly more known for it’s dancing. I truly believe the world has gone mad.

Personally, I dislike dancing almost as much as someone scheduling his or her wedding on Grand Final day (just selfish) but I couldn’t care less if others do it.

They way people have gone on about it you’d think the Carlton fans Goodes danced in the general vicinity of were still in hospital recovering.

Anyway, Sydney to win this one because they are a professional football team.
