I'm not sure why or how this article eventuated.
But good on him for his honesty.
Reading that is a good reminder to all of those at the apex of an organisation.

An excellent honest read, a lot of clubs could do worse than giving him another chance, sounds like a very intelligent bloke willing to learn from mistakes.

The thing is, there's a thousand sacked coaches out there with similar stories. He had his chance & now he admits that he blew it. I'd prefer my club to look for a successful, proven coach or one that looks to have what it takes.

That and the other allegation *sniff* make Trigg and the former Crows hierarchy look even more pathetic.

Surely there must've been some feedback about Sanderson's character somewhere? Meant to be an AFL head coach and acting like a high school kid at his first party. I understand there would be some players carrying on like clowns but the bloody head coach?

3. You have to learn how to have and deliver the hard conversations. Most importantly, learn how to do this consistently. There is a time to be blunt and clear, but you must always follow it up, preferably within the next 24 hours, and never use sarcasm as a means to get a message across.

I think this message is good for anyone at the top of an organisation or someone who is in charge of a group of people.
