I think Gibbs will actually provide value for this figure. He has shown he wants to be there and has gotten his hands dirty in recent matches and showed a harder edge to his game. A lot has gone wrong at Carlton this season but I don't think you can point the finger at Bryce Gibbs. He has responded in a season of crisis for mine.
