Seriously though I'm a Bullies fan and my boys only travel interstate 6 times for the year, plus a trip to Geelong. Included in those travelling games are a home game at Cazaly's in QLD vs Gold Coast and a trip to Aurora in Tassie against the Hawks.
Why do we expect the Vic clubs to travel just because the non Vic clubs have to? That's just how it is when half the comp play home games at the same two ovals...

Job #6 - Either have an AFL reserves comp or help the state leagues financially with higher salary caps so they can compete with the AFL reserves sides.
