If someone choked me out like that, I'd have to be removed from the field coz I'd be trying to cave the dogs face in the rest of the match.

"Petrie to get weeks for eye gouging" :P

Lake will get weeks. Be interested what triggered it off- you dont tend to choke someone for kicking a few goals on you...

And HH I reckon I'd be chasing the culprit all game whether I'd been choked or eye gouged. Both dog acts IMO.

Yeah me too. But in my opinion, there was no eye gouging.

yeah, it would've seemed a lot longer for poor old Drewy too. Apparently he nearly went to sleep.

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

The telling factor was the last few seconds of the choke, when Petrie's right hand, that was defending himself early in the tussle, basically went limp confirming the fact he was running out of oxygen and could no longer defend Lake's actions.

Even if it is proven that he did gouge, I still think it is self defence and he should get off. Will be very interesting to see what the verdict is

Drew gets a reprimand for "unnecessary contact to the face"...what a **** joke. Apparently you cant defend yourself when you're getting choked out. But Chappy can punch Robbie Gray and get off. **** spuds.

Absolute freak. So he'll get to 400 games but will need to play 2016 to break Tuck's record?

Am I right in saying Boomer hasnt had a real bad injury over his career? He seems to always be playing and 9/10 times he has a considerable impact on the game. Amazing career

Yeah depending on where he finishes up this year, you would expect him to notch up 400 mid-late 2015.

The roos would need to play deep into 2016 for him to break it as you would think he would be rested for a few to get him there if he continues post 2015.
