Round 22: General Discussion+Live Scores

Postby hearts on fire » Thu Aug 22, 2013 6:57 pm

I fear this round and prey to the heavens, that Essendon beat Carlton, or that Port beat Freo, but i think the latter is very unlikely.

Interesting round with a few 50/50 clashes, GEEL vs SYD, NM vs HAW, CARL vs ESS and an interesting battle at the GABBA between BRIS vs WB.

my tips will be:

Collingwood
Adelaide
Hawthorn
Geelong
Essendon
Fremantle
Gold Coast
Richmond
Brisbane

Agree with those tips except I reckon Carlton will beat Essendon. The wheels have fallen off at Punt road and the Blues can still make the finals. I reckon they actually played better without Judd last week and Kruezer back will lift the side.

Not sure if it will. It's not a good way to enter the finals. If we do make I'd love to play Richmond again

Hirdy will rally the troops!

And the under siege Bombers will blitzkrieg the Blues in one of the bravest wins in the club's proud history.

Thus guaranteeing Port a finals berth...

Hope you're right Jim.
Carlton beat ess then lose to port the following week.
We beat the hawks and then the pies last round.
We'll more than likely play Richmond in our first of four consecutive finals victories this September.
