Tex or Roughy

Just having an argument with a mate over who is the better player Taylor Walker or Jaryd Roughead.

I dont think my bias is clouding my judgement, Roughead by a fair way for me

Roughead.

Versatility goes along way with the talls as far as having an effect in games. Tex is more important to the crows lineup than what roughy is to the hawks imo.

Tex would have been the premier forward in the competition had he been fit all year. Good forwards are infinitely more valuable than another other type of player on the ground IMHO.

Roughead has a few extra seasons under his belt than Tex. Will be a better comparison in 2 years. Roughy has come back from that achilles tear and playing his best football, hopefully for adelaide Tex can do the same.

At this point in time, Roughead. More consistant than Tex.

I'm a crows fan and easily choose Roughy

Roughead could win a brownlow, Tex couldnt

Hawthorn suck balls but Roughead the better player. He's had two good years compared to Tex's one.

Thats quite funny...

Roughy it is for me, runs on the board so to speak.
Tex is an interesting one, id like to see his output with another key forward taking the other key defender, and also some better quality inside 50 delivery, not this rubbish 30m long 30m high rubbish Thompson and co has been giving them for years.

Roughy is a proven gun...
Tex hasn't proven anything.

Yep me too, but Roughy doesnt have what they need, they need a big profile player, if they miss out on buddy who would be next to target in terms of marketability. I dont think there is anyone that would get the publicity they need unless they poached a Swans player
