I was at the Crows v Sydney game and this woman who's husband I have had an argument with in the past as he had no idea on the rules yells out after Buddy missed a shot from the boundary 'Your no Eddie Betts' Hmm 3x Coleman Medallist, 2x premiership player etc etc

I went to a crows game a couple of weeks ago and I can confirm 95% of the people around me had very little idea about footy! Laughable at times.

That might depend on whether that populace appreciates "boring" and "straight down the line" as being distinct and separate concepts.
