Which teams will play in the 2011 AFL Grand Final?

I'll keep the poll simple by only including the top 4 sides given the history of the current finals system tells us that it is unlikely that a team outside the top 4 will make it.
It's possible of course. West Coast appear the weak link with Carlton and St Kilda seeming to have the best chances outside the 8. However, they would have to win a final in Perth in either week 2 or week 3 which is a tough ask.
Obviously post up your combination and discuss if you pick "other".
I can't split Geelong and Hawthorn at the moment. What are your thoughts?

Went Collingwood Hawthorn and I reckon the Hawks might pinch it again...

For the sake of my poll I picked Collingwood and Hawthorn too. However, too many times since 2008 though I have written the Cats off and they prove me wrong.

The Hawks v Geelong match is 50/50 for mine but no way will the Hawkers beat the Pies. That probably goes for the Cats as well.

That reeks of 08 and in some ways 2010 REB. Many said the cats were unbeatable and the saints were 1 lucky bounce away from ruining the pies dream....I went with the pies hawks combo and i have a sneaky feeling the hawks will reign supreme.

I too agree, this has the vibe of 2008 with the Hawks.
However, I wonder if all of our extreme desires to see Collingwood not win the flag, is making us talk ourselves into believing that Hawthorn can pinch another flag???

I don't care, as long as someone beats Collingwood.

vibe my arse* (LMAO). The Hawks have three main goalkickers. One of them is on dodgy hamstrings and another is a first year player. Their midfield is even slower than Geelong's and they'll struggle against anyone with big forwards. I reckon the Cats edge them in the Quallie and the Pies will pump them in the Prelim.
Vibe LOL.

Would love to see Essendon's name up there come GF week, but for me it's Pies v Hawks, with a Hawks win by 23 pts.

So why do you suggest West Coast is the weak link?

I hope the Weagles make it. I'd like to lay off the 34/1 bet I put on them to win the premiership.

Fair question
Kerr injured, Cox possibly injured, likely to have to win a preliminary final in Melbourne to make it ... I feel they are the 4th best team in the top 4. Maybe I should have said it like that.
