Where have the implication of all these rules gorn

It would be great if you could add rules you have seen become softer or stricter as I have seen-
Holding the ball rule, now players are throwing the ball out and being all ok!
Concussion Rule, Many players have been knocked out serverly and still able to play (example nick tonight after ziebell bumped him and continued on)

Please add yours because I know there is many more

The rushed behinds rule seems to be softer than it was. Most times though it is a common sense interpretation which is what we want.
