Gold Coast within 5 years, unsure until we see what side GWS has.
WB/StK are on the slide... Big time.

GC and GWS will get one soon, although the GWS will take a bit longer obviously, but the GC will get one in the next 5 years if they can keep all there young stars. Which will be harder as time goes by.
