Just unlucky with most of them i woould have thought.

Porpylzia = shoulder is an unfortunate incident
Sloane = jaw and thumb are unlucky
McKay = Shoulder is unlucky
Davis = shoulder is unlucky
Stevens= the concussion that just wont go away

they are the five i can think of straight away out of the best 22 and with all of them at the moment it just seems to be unfortunate. if these were all soft tissue injuries there may be more to it but from a distance i can't see any connection between any of these injuries.
