I think 4 weeks is right, that's what I was expecting. Lucky he missed Hall's head otherwise it would have been a much longer holiday.

Nil desperandum for the Gold Coast. They can challenge it and the AFL will knock a couple off.

After seeing Campbell Brown throwing his arm back, and getting 2 games for it, I just think how lucky Chris Judd was too get away with throwing his arm into Pavlich last year.

I have zero respect for Campbell Brown- not a tough man/hard guy, just a coward.

To be fair though they did have a Brownlow to arrange.

The dumbest part is, in his interview after Gold Coast's first game he said how important it was for him to not do anything stupid because the team needs him on the ground. That attitude lasted one game.

No way Didak is worse, Brown is an overrated thug, he has let the money of the Gold Coast go to his head. He is in no way hard, nor tough. Very lucky to only get 4 games. Then the way he went in at Hall was not only reckless but stupid, could have done some real serious damage to Halls neck/spine had he connected the top of his head, very stupid. Its acts like that which make parents not want their kids to play footy.

What Brown did on the weekend was stupid but to say he isn't tough or hard is ill informed IMO. He has put himself in situations on a footy field that most players wouldn't consider putting themselves into.

Campbell Brown is playing in the wrong era. If he was doing this stuff alongside the likes of Leigh Matthews he'd be a hero

I will re-phrase, what he did on the weekend was neither tough nor hard. Granted has put himself in situations that you could label courageous which could make him tough/hard. What he did last week wasn't either. I just dont think that belting a bloke the way he did was hard, a player like Selwood is the type of player I would say is tough/hard.

Cant quite fathom how Brown only got two weeks for the behind play cheap shot, yet the young Richmond player (Rance?) copped three weeks for something far less severe in Round 1.

Very ordinary act.

I still can't believe Rance even got reported for what he did. I guess it depends how you see things. I think the AFL is out of control with penalties. Unless your name is Judd, you get matches for sneezing on someone these days.
