Changing coaches mid season?

When was the last time the club had a new coach mid season? Apart from 96 when Cahill left mis season to help get the club ready for the AFL, who was the last coach to get sacked/quit mid season?

Bob Quinn in 1940.
Walked out of work and joined the army.
