He's lost the plot that's for sure. Still trying to justify his actions. Just take it like a man Mick and admit you did the wrong thing, and then move on. People respect that a lot more than the mumbled musings you're offering at the moment.

I agree with him if what he's trying to say is that people should concentrate more on the on-field stuff rather than the off-field stuff. I for one couldn't care about who said what to whom. They're all big boys and I don't think either Milne or Licuria are crying in their beds at night worrying about it.

My issue is that Malthouse has been around long enough to know that the AFL world is so screwed up that everyone was going to give this as big a beat up as they could. As Gingernuts said, having done it, he should have eaten some humble pie (or at least pretend to) and apologised. That would have ended it there and then.

Thank you Sir Mick for protecting the integrity of our game and putting that before anything else....

By the way, you're acting like a tool so please stop insulting our intelligence. Feel free to pass the same message up the chain in your organisation.

Christ, it's like it's the first time there was ever a bit of name-calling on the footy field

No, it isn't the first time there has been words exchanged on the footy field and I hope it isnt the last. You would have to agree though that it didn't look good, certainly didn't sound good and the way Malthouse has handled it has made it even worse.

I thought it looked good, but I like football to be confronting and for emotion and candidness to be a part of the game.

But yes, it's been a complete balls-up since then.

More like Joseph Goebels after reading that.

Just waiting for Eddie to announce the annexation of the Sudetenland.
