Posted: Wed Aug 12, 2009 6:18 pmDisappointing for Joel that he hasn't been able to go out on his own terms as he's been a great servant of the Richmond Footy Club, 2x Best & Fairest, and 2x All-Australian, but the future of the club had to be the major consideration.
