NAB Cup Grand Final

Postby hearts on fire » Sun Mar 08, 2009 10:13 am

Collingwood versus Geelong.

These too sides have had some great matches in the past and i am looking forward to this match, although it is only NAB Cup, i still think this will be great to watch.

I have a feeling, just a funny feeling, that the Magpies will knock the Catters off in a tight one.

If Geelong come to play, they'll kill 'em. Collingwood look shit.

I think after losing last years gf, Geelong want to win everything. They look like they are going to destroy everyone, but then again they looked like that last year
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

My biggest hope for this game is not for us to win it, but rather for us to come out of it injury free.

Bag the NAB cup all you want but the GF is usually played at a pretty good tempo and very close to normal season intensity

Collingwood have had a pretty soft run to the final, actually so have Geelong!

good to see these teams up against some decent opposition

no doubt it will be a good hit out- better than travelling to outback NSW for a game, but the result itself shouldn't be used as a form guide for the season proper...

Thats a monster call. Even though they were premiers two years ago(mind you beating port doesn;t say much) They lost to a better team last year in the biggest game of all.... The Greatest teams don't do that.
