huge news soon to come out of melb. that a huge name player has had his 3rd strike on the new dopping rules and now looks as if the club is going to put him a long term injury list to cover it up this has come from a source inside the club and is ment to make headlines in the coming days huge news IF true!

Not this crap again. I'm surprised there are still people out there who haven't heard this one yet

Oh, and by the way, it didn't come from a source inside the club, it actually came from a source inside the AFL, and that staff member got into quite a deal of strife for instigating false rumours that could be traced back to the AFL, which is why this rumour has gathered so much momentum.

And if you believe this rumour, I've got an old bat I used in under 13s. I've put Don Bradman's signature on it and placed it on ebay saying it's the bat he made his 452 with. You may be interested :)

The thing that makes me laugh most about this ever-repeating rumour is the conspiracy theory of the big "cover up"

So basically any player out for an extended time because of injury becomes a candidate

I accept there are players on their last chance, but to think that a player who hypothetically got a 3rd strike would have their suspension covered up by the AFL is fantasy island stuff!

Is it really that difficult to use the search function. This "rumour" gets brought up about once a month i reckon. Do we really need a new thread each time?
