Watching the Channel 10 coverage last night I wish I had a dollar for everytime his name was mentioned, for fuccck sake commentators a team has more than one player!!

SEN must be on royalties for each time they mention his name. There's a whole world of sport happening out there and all they can find to talk about is a player whose best football is behind him. It really is what makes sport pathetic.

Hopefully it's only for one game... but seeing the ad's for Richmond vs Carlton...I'm guessing round 1 is going to be Cousins vs Judd all the time.

Round 1 will be the same but after that it should settle down. Had the same sort of build up when he came back for the Eagles after his 15 week suspension although most of the hype was in Perth.

I am a fan of Cousins "the footballer" and wish him all the best at Richmond. What really shits me about the commentators is they speak as though he's been in the football wilderness for years. He hasn't been out with injury (say 1 or 2 knee recons), so of course his fitness isn't going to be that bad. Just look how good he looks fitness-wise. Like I said, I'm a fan, but the commentators talk about Cousins like he's Jesus and it's the second coming. Especiallly, when Hudson starts saying "Cousins Watch". What a tool!

No issue with him playing, and in fact I wish him the best.

HOWEVER, when the entire broadcast is pretty much dedicated to him, then that annoys me. How many other players have been shown throwing up during a match?

I'm suprised they didnt have a window with a camera on him for the whole game.
