is it time for a lottery draft

We all know teams will now tank to get draft picks. Is now the time for the AFL to start a fantasy draft or keep it like it is.

Yeah thats the pick they get the first year, but as per the pick to Carlton last year, in the second year, they get the pick in the first round.
