I've thought the same. After being dropped his attitude for the Magpies hasn't been good and I think the only reason he played yesterday was because Choco wanted to see if it had changed for the Power.....obviously it hasn't. Big call to get rid of him which I don't think they'll do but alot of concerns surround him I'd think.

I've got a feeling that Burgoyne will be part of a trade to Collingwood for Didak.

Interesting listening to 5AA & Matty Primus mentioning Peter's done enough in the SANFL the last 2 weeks to get a recall!!

What game you been watching Matty? It sure aint been the 2 Magpies games he was involved in.

That sums up why the Power copped another flogging yesterday.

I think he also said that he is safe for next year which, with the way his attitude has been i am a little suprised to hear them say that he is safe next year already. I would've thought that a change in attitude would result in a new contract not the crap he is showing at the moment.

He just doesn't look interested, he just didn't look like he wanted to be out there on the weekend.

And the Power picked him after the same disinterest he showed playing for the Magpies the previous 2 weeks, he couldn't hit a target with what posessions he got which resulted in numerous turnovers & the same thing applied against Carlton.
Why would you select a player knowing..
No1- he isn't fit ( as displayed in the SANFL )
No2- he's underdone big time & his skill level isn't up to scratch ( as displayed in the SANFL )
No3- his attitude is disgraceful ( as displayed in the SANFL )
No4- he didn't want to be out there ( as displayed in the SANFL )
???????????????????????????????????????????????
Choco thought differently & ended up with egg on his face after Sat yet he come out in his press conference & stated it was expected as he's been out for a while with a hamstring injury!!!!!

Loosing??? already lost

When Port are as poor next year as they have been this year he will have to fall on his sword..... His reasons for loosing earlier in the year were: we are loosing the close ones!!! why???? now he has: We have injuries!!!!didnt at the start of the year??? We are playing youth yet drops Bentley a tough young half back flanker/midfielder for an outside the pack underperforming past it Burgoyne.

Choccos marbles = long gone

None of that matters you see, cos' he is a popular "star" of PAM origin, and so the faithful, and the hierarchy, want him in once he has done his token penance.
The name and origin is the magic, whether he bothers to bit fit and try or not.
That sort of thinking will be behind trying to get Didak too and they'll get along well together... :(
I wonder how it would go down with Fos Williams.

Not sure what the connection is but my source who is very close to PB is telling me Sydney. Will offer more years than Port. Time will tell but I've gone for glory with this call.....

I don't think Port will target Micky-O - I meant the connection as in PB and MO are "good" friends...
