Could Buddy kick the tonne?

Postby Dogwatcher » Sun Apr 13, 2008 6:16 pm

He's on 21 goals after four rounds.
Currently averaging just over five goals a game.
Granted he'll have some games where he doesn't keep up that average, but with 22 rounds, plus finals and the amount of ball that he gets, he could be a big chance.
It'd be good to see it happen again.
Go Buddy!

He is pretty awesome at the minute but reckon he will have a few games coming up where the opposition ruckman etc will be cutting in front and other defenders going over the top, think with the set up the Hawks have he wont get that magical mark because they will just rotate through him, williams and Roughnut at various times, pretty bloody awesome forward line but

5 goals a game x 22 games = 110 goals.
So the answer must be yes.
He's my pick for the Coleman.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

refer to the Gambling Room....I backed him at 10/1 for the Coleman at beginning of the year, couldnt believe the odds considering he was only 2 off the Medal last year and missed 2 matches...

Barring injury I think I should collect 8)

Yes, but I don't really think Hawthorn have played any of the top 4 (possibly 6) so far.

No doubt he's a chance, but I can understand the reason he's 10's on the tote.

If Buddy puts it together for a whole year, don't rule him out from kicking not only 100 goals, but 100 points as well, he gets that many shots at goal in some games, and still keeps spraying them some days.
Roger Woodcock -- 602 goals from a forward flank makes you a legend.

Bradshaw, Fevola and Franklin are all capable but Franklin is the most likely.

I still rate Jonathan Brown a chance, if he gets going, he is more than capable.............
