I would say North Melbourne would be clearly. Better list of young players and better coach, the other two lists are horrific and will have new coaches within 12 months.
Several posts on the North Melbourne page taking the pi55 by Port and Crows supporters may comeback to bite them in the future

Ridiculous - North are miles off. Can understand North fans getting excited after the last few weeks considering where they have been at, but reactions are starting to get out of control.
They've fallen over the line against West Coast who are still terrible & no Harley that day, played a half against Collingwood that was great but the Pies were about to go into the bye & were absolutely depleted. I don't buy into the Melbourne game on the weekend, reckon the Tigers would beat Melbourne at the moment.
They have some decent kids as you would expect but while blokes like Toby Pink are still getting games, they are miles off

Players like Toby Pink etc will be gone in next 12-24 months, they will continue to improve and then top up with decent players like he did with Hawthorn. Might take 5-6 years but Port and Crows not started their rebuilds yet so will be left behind the Kangas!

See my comment above.
In 5 years Davies-Uniake is 31 and one of their key pillars in 2024 will be past it.
"Port and Crows not started their rebuilds"
Adelaide have, but butchered it.
Port, what?

Port, what?
Sweet could not get game at his club
Soldo was behind Nank and not playing
Esava not playing at Cats
Zerk-Thatcher was getting mauled every week at Bombers.
Strategy was top up with average players who could not get a game with other clubs?
And who butchered it??
