He was afraid to make a mistake this year and it showed...needs a break out game to get the confidence back and he'll be right

His contract was really, really heavily back ended to help out the club and he was set to earn well over $1m in his final year but when Covid hit the AFL they cut salaries in half meaning Cameron lost the rest of his money. He tried to negotiate a new deal with the Giants that would include a couple of hundred thousand extra for the next few years to compensate and they knocked it back so he walked out
