The Magpie was removed from the guernsey years ago.

No.

Given the scale of the matter I'm amazed it hasn't hit the mainstream media yet though, it's been very well held.

Port defaults on Alberton Oval lease payments, Port Adelaide Enfield Council to repossess, then demolish and turn it into a cemetery.

Not coaching or player related, so delete the options for Hinkley's departure, Carr declining the lead role, changes in assistant coaches, or anything along the lines of Butters and Bergman committing to stay.

So that moves us on to the following options:
-Stage 4 of the Alberton precinct redevelopment to include a full roof.
-New Major Sponsor
-Big shake up in the AFLW program? Perhaps Arnel being moved on?

Someone else already guessed a return to China, so it's not that.
Can't see the club dropping the indigenous program so wouldn't expect it to be that either.

Perhaps the club is going to go public! You can now purchase shares in the PAFC and be a part owner!
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Following the smooth progress of the Hinkley - Carr succession plan, a Koch - Dave from Alberton plan will be released for a Presedential hand over.

DfA to sever ties with 5aa and join Sunrise as part of the negotiated deal.
