Really depends what it cost us. Thinking they'll be looking for picks to help them with McCarthy and Lobb.

Lobb ain't going nowhere, contracted for another year and I'd think the Giants have no intention of letting him go. Ballantyne worth a late second rounder at best

Toumpas to Crows for Mackay? Please.

If Jess Hogan is worth a 5 year deal at almost 1mil then christ I'll eat my hat. He should take the dockers coin as he isn't worth close to that.

MELBOURNE has signed former NBL basketballer Corey Maynard as a category B rookie.

Maynard is the brother of Collingwood's Brayden Maynard. His father Peter Maynard played eight games for Demons between in 1980-81 before playing 216 games in the SANFL with Glenelg and Woodville West-Torrens.

Maynard's grandfather, Graham Campbell, played 151 games for Fitzroy and won the 1957 best and fairest.

Maynard, 24, has not played football since he was 16 and can go straight on to the Demons' list under the AFL's category B rules.

He returns to football from a basketball career that saw him play division one college basketball for Bryant University for four years in the United States before two seasons in the NBL with the Cairns Taipans and Townsville Crocodiles.

Maynard told melbournefc.com.au he was really excited to follow in his father's and his brother's footsteps.

With Hurley off the market for what is essentially a 6 year deal from next season, the battle foe JOM, Mitchell and Prestia will be interesting with Vic clubs a bit more free now with cash and picks.

Cloke being linked to Richmond,

Saints keen on Fyfe but who wouldn't be.

Saints also keen of Steele from the GWS. GWS probably happy to trarlde as they'll be hunting picks for the Acadmay players.

Nah reckon you blokes are in to O'Meara more so than Fyfe. Obviously Fyfe is a better player but still ai think its O'Meara you are after.

Nah, 2018.
Will cost minimum of 2 top 10 picks this year to get him. Wait 12 months and he is a FA and won't cost you anything

He was a pick 9 in 2010, reckon he's lost value since then. If they deal with pick 6 then I think there'll need to be a significant upgrade in another pick for Richmond to even consider it. More likely Richmond try to get a pick around 15 somehow and offer that.

No I disagree with you here I think he has come on. Its hard to as the Gold Coast have had an ordinary season but he has been a first choice midfielder and showed plently over the last few years. I think a player that can slot right into yor 22 is worth a solid first round pick.

Heard through the channels that Gold Coast are offering they're first round pick and pick 6 from Richmond for Prestia for Fyfe.

Cmon Stan, dont you realize all trades PPD (post Paddy Danger) are to be compared to him and no one can be worth more than what they got for him despite the fact the Crows were holding a pair of two's
