apparently in the paper, both Cornes have said no, I can understand Kane not wanting to move, im not sure if he still has health concerns with one of his children. Chad on the other hand would be a perfect fit for GWS, but he doesnt look like going.

Chad hasn't even had two weeks of eating KFC and drinking a beer whenever he wants, he hasn't even had time to miss the game yet. I reckon if one goes, they'll both go.

Bit hard to argue with that decision, given his form, but D.Motlop in..?? :? I think I'd almost opt for Marlon instead.

Trying to boost his trade value I would think, although I suspect he's not going to have any value at the end of the season anyway.

Going on his form in the West reserves, I would rather play one short, at least the turnover stat's would be lower.

I wonder if the person who supplied Caroline with the information, reportedly from with the PAFC, might have misunterstood that Kane was being told he is not required this week, not next year?

I for one dont think Kane is going anywhere. His "trade-ability" is very low, I dont see who would want him, yet he still has some value to us as a stopper.

I'd let Cassisi play a more attacking role and let Kane do what he does best, play a pure shut-down role.
PAFC. Forever.

I'm not a Port supporter but there are blokes playing far worse football than Kane Cornes at the moment at Port.

Kane got the most out of himself, its a credit to him, now at 28 its time to let a young fella learn and play on the stars from the opposition. If all you got is a big tank(aerobic) ,no penetration with your kick ,ave skills, selfish attitude, and the hardness of a choc donut centre what do you expect.

Has anyone actually seen Port games in the past few weeks? All this talk about sackings and sinister motives ... Cornes has been playing like crap. Last week against the Hawks he was simply terrible. He deserved being dropped on form alone.

Until such time as Port trade him, or pay out his contract, he's still a Port player, and will be for the next couple of years.
