Gold Coast Suns Season 2011

Talk on the national game

Talk about Bock, Brennan and Brown what about one of the worst players on the ground?

Nathan Krak was an absolute disgrace, no heart and soft as butter. No wonder Port were not overly fussed to lose him.

Brennan not much better.

I like Matera, God watch out in 3-4 years though. They will dish out some all mighty hidings.

No mate it's 'all about the challenge'. What bullshit that was. Don't know who the bigger liar is, him or Thompson. We are well shod of both. No hissy fits at Catland this year.

Brennan is an absolute joke. Can't believe GC forked out money for him.

I still enjoyed watching the young talent playing. Breath of fresh air for the game, despite the flogging.

Ditto Pup, I reckon he's going to be VERY good.

Dixon looked like a lone hand in attack but looks the goods.

The no 2 draft pick (who's name I can't recall) looked pretty good too.

They'll be ok when they bulk up a bit. But that isn't going to be this year.

Krakeour acted as a nice buffer for them. They lost one to the gold coast but really lost nothing. I didnt think he was going to be very good when they get killed. He is an outside runner thats going to need some good inside players feeding him.

It will. For 2-3 years.
Then they will give it all back ... with interest.

Dont think so.
In a couple of years time the big clubs would snatch any decent players back. GC cant offer the riduculous payments when everyones contract is up for renewal, and if the money isnt any better why would anyobe stay up there.

Words do not express the joy I felt when Westhoff fluffed that shot.

Massive win, loved it. Couldn't have come against a better side either.

I was neutral. At 3/4 time, I was half hoping Port would go on and smash them. This just makes Adelaide's loss last week look even more worse now.
