Ablett, who has been offered up to $1.5 million a season to be the Gold Coast's marquee player, has stated he won't make his decision until mid-season but there is renewed confidence in the Cats ranks that the Brownlow medallist is staying put.

Ottens out for 6 weeks with a stress fracture. Time to get Hawkins into the ruck and get some confidence. Pods and Moons to be our tall options and Stokes to take the remaining spot up forward. This could be a blessing in disguise I reckon.
So you've seen everything have you?

Ottens pretty much gawnski I reckon. Moving really slowly now. Another with not much left unfortunately is Maxxy Rooke. Time waits for no man..........West has been braining it in the Magoos and should go in the Ruck ahead of Hawkins though.

Gazz partied a bit to hard at the logies. Someone allegedly saw him spew off his hotel room balcony the next morning

Disappointing that Geelong don't think he Gazza deserves a weeks suspension. Turning into an undisciplined bunch at the cattery.

Also think Scarlett should have another week off.

Gentlemen. With all due respect the above posts are complete and utter bollocks. Perhaps Giant you'd be prepared to post the apparently lengthy list of indiscretions at the GFC this year. While you are trying to add to the Stokes thing perhaps you could also post what you think the club should have done for the undoubted benefit of us all.

""We don't mind people going out for dinner, and he was drinking water -- he guaranteed that he wasn't drinking alcohol -- so that's not a bad thing.

"He never apologised, he just explained the situation - he went out for dinner and then went to an after-party or something at the Logies.

"He guaranteed that he was only there for an hour and wasn't drinking any alcohol, so it's not a big problem for us."

Perhaps if you had some tall poppies in your own yard you wouldn't feel the need to try and cut down ours. Thank you for your understanding.
