That KO from Danny Williams brought a suspesnsion of 16 weeks or something like that in 2004. I still haven't seen the Solomon incident to compare, but few incidents can compare to that from a professional NRL player. What I am saying is, if a leading elbow in the NRL gets 15 weeks, the Williams incident should have been at least 20.
