I for one am tired of all the trash talk Dangerfield cops, especially when he hasn't even set foot on the field yet. These kids go where they are drafted and they try to make their careers with those clubs. Leave them be.
Far too much pressure on B. Ebert today. People continue to talk the situation up and I felt particularly sorry for him when the crowd jeered at his errors; this is a young man who is trying to make his way in the AFL and thanks to a select few IDIOTS in the media he finds himself under all sorts of scrutiny before he gets his first kick! Poor form, it really is. For the parents out there, imagine your 17 year old son copping the sort of crap Ebert (and to a lesser extent Dangerfield) has so far.
Nonetheless he found a bit of the footy, burned it a bit but that isn't surprising. Was an intense contest to experience in your first game, especially with all the external pressure coming into it. Showed he can get himself to the right spots and will no doubt settle. Looking forward to following his development from here.

IMO the only people that play this comparison game are those single minded supporters that make the easy observasions and believe that we should only recruit SA lads

Looking at that draft now
The top 4 would probably be
Dangerfield
Cotchin
Rioli
And harry Taylor or Kreuzer
The crows also got walker with the last pick in that draft
