Most of this talk is just player manager wank.

The family health issue was described as deeply personal.

Why mention it then.

Hope the Power don't trade Howard , young swingman who are equally adept back as well as forward are as rare as hen's teeth , not that keen on Fantasia think we have young forwards who will develop in Rozee , Butters and Farrell who will be better value in long term . Fantasia has been out injured a lot over the last couple of years
Sometimes the old guys do know whats best

Agree, has a bit of a Monfries feel this one. Dougal needs to play back though, I think he gets lost up forward at times IMO.

I think he's been a victim of Jonas being captain. As you know you can't drop your skipper and Jonas was average at times this year.

Let the fun begin.
A deal will get done but fairly late I’d imagine. We will ask for 2 first round picks, Sydney will offer 1 and we will go around and around in circles until the last hour of trade time before coming to a compromise somewhere in the middle which could have been sorted on day 1 :)

For a pick in the 60-80 mark with the Crows paying a whack of his wage I would take it short term.
I think we will throw the kitchen sink at Jeremy Cameron first though

In fairness dual premiership player in what has been the most dominant side in the last 3 years, 37 is absolute bargain.

You would give up pick 37 all day everyday for a dual premiership player, in the best 22 of the most dominant side in the comp.

I think the AFL read the room right for a change.
Wouldve been mutiny had they got pick 19 for him
