Let JHF have a year with Clarko and lose him forever...good call

Adelaide has secured the exciting forward in a deal centred around the Crows’ pick five in this year’s AFL draft after negotiations with Gold Coast dragged into the trade period’s second week.

Future third- and fourth-round picks are also headed to the Suns, who sent Rankine, pick 46 and a future fourth-round selection to Adelaide.

The deal still needs to be ticked off by the AFL but will be official on Monday afternoon.

*EDIT*

Izak Rankine is a Crow.

Adelaide get - Pick 46 + future fourth round selection.

Gold Coast get - Pick 5 + future third round & future fourth round selection.

Funny how you can trade a future 1st and 2nd if it's not your 2nd....but if it's yours you can't?

Probably worth every bit of it too.

Imagine if they can keep Lobb around too, good luck defending against that forward line.
