Well not sure what happened with the ballot but it seems not all members got the email with the link to join.
Tried to contact the club repeatedly today but their phones were engaged and then the office closed at 3pm.

I get that I was only a 5% chance of picking up a ticket through the ballot but its disappointing to know I'm not in the running due to an admin error.
