Talk on the national game

Lions over the Hawks by 3 goals at 1/4 time. Rocky had 17 touches , 3 tackles, 2 marks and a goal!

Imagine Hawks lose... surely it wont happen though...

Pretty massive breeze by the looks. Hawks took less than half a quarter to get back in front

Ok, makes sense. I am just keeping up with the scores on the AFL app... hawks with 7 in under 20 mins tells a story...

North v Bulldogs match showed that neither of those teams are a chance.

I've never really considered the Doggies as a chance of a flag anyway... absolutely stoked with our season though, guaranteed finals appearance and definately a chance to win 1. All things going well we will play the crows at Etihad or even better North again... chances are good...

No doubt, play attractive footy. If you get a home final tho, a win is needed or a wasted season?
Next year is huge, harder draw, learn to play outdoors. You will recruit Bcoz of the brand of footy, which will only make you stronger
just saying, neither of those teams will beat 1 of the top 4 away from home.

If we get another crack at you, we won't play nearly as badly as we did today - credit where it's due however.

Expectations are well and truly exceeded. Finals are a bonus so a win would be a double bonus. No doubt we've put ourselved in a position to win one and would be disappointed if we didn't, especially playing at Etihad but certainly not a wasted season.

Next year will be key, yes a tougher draw but we have beaten all other top 8 sides except Hawks and Freo, we did beat WC in rd 1 but things have changed significantly since then. Have Lost to Geelong, Port, Melbourne and Saints. As long as we dont get complacent and continue on this upward trend it could be a fantastic 2016 for the doggies, or we could be the next Port 2014/2015...

Recruiting wise the only glaring spot that needs filling is a too #1 ruckman. Minson hasn't come into consideration and we've played A. Cordy, Campbell, Roughead and Redpath through their but none have stamped claim on it. If we were to get a dominant ruck to feed our ranpant midfield who in turn feed our glut of forward talent we'll be unstoppable...

Unfortunately, dominant rucks are few and far between. You've got Nic Nat, Jacobs,Goldstein and Mumford and that's about it in that category. A Ruckman that can break even will do just fine. Sydney and Hawks have won GFs without a dominant ruck.
I think your key backs are a concern. You're 1 Good CHB away.
What is your trade bait?
