Not good.
Cant keep copping knocks to the head. Dont think he will retire but would imagine his condition would have to be monitored closely and and a few weeks off may be required

Did Tippett get KO'd again? While I'm not a big fan of his, you don't wish that on anyone

Didn't get knocked out. Wanted to come back on but the docs erred on the side of caution. Not sure if he received a concussion or not

Final score
Carlton 16.6-102
W. bulldogs 12.12-84

Straight kicking wins football...

Dogs were 3 goals up at half time and kicked 4.8 to 11.3 in the second half...

Bell showed a bit. Casboult took some good marks. Not a bad win considering the outs especially no ruckmen

And considering you were terrible for at least a half of the game .. The writing was on the wall that the Blues were gonna go down, so there are some definite positives you guys can take from the game.

Must admit, seeing them cross to Ratten a few times in the last qtr I had to feel for him, and was hoping Carlton would get up for him.

Crows killed us yesterday, just first to the ball and well they seemed to be dangerous all the time when they went inside there forward 50. Even with Tippett going off, but they'll have Walker coming back so they'll still be just a tough to beat.

At the moment I dont think we will be able to grab a top 4 spot, just not playing well enough in regards to the other teams looking at the same spots. For example the Swans, Crows and Hawks are looking in real good touch at the moment. Collingwood I think will still go alright but those 3 teams look good at the moment.

I was surpirse Darling played, struggled a bit, then again with poor ball movement forward, your key forwards tend to struggle.

I heard that Casiboult was alright around the ground but struggled in the ruck. Which you would expect that but still some good signs. Perhaps with Kruzer and Warnock being available, Would there be a spot for Casiboult in the forward line. By all reports he can take a grab. From that point of view him aand waite (when hes fit) would make a useful combo.
