Watching the boys on friday night, it had the feel of the way we played in 04 05 06 when we used to pressure the ball carrier, stick tackles and the skill level was high. We did all these to the cats and smothered them into making mistakes they wouldnt normally. They can use all the excuses as to why they lost but when you are out on the ground they mean nothing. Especially for a team like Geelong against a team that is 10th. LIke i said before the game, winning or loosing didnt matter, the young blokes showing improvement and the ability to match the best was the important thing, IMO they did all of that x10.

People are saying to keep a lid on the win etc etc, why? you celebrate winning games like that, and the young blokes will strive to feel like that again and again. That would have been the best moment in Sloane, Henderson, walker, Tippet, Dangefield, Mckay, Davis, Griffen and Jeansch career to date. They now know the level they need to perform at each week to get results like that.

On the crowd and the 19th man concept, as NFC said it was the best atmosphere and crowd involvment at a game i have been to at AAMI and ive been a season ticket holder since 1997. When the 19th man thing came on the screen the crowd participated and while outsiders may criticise it, it obviously works to get the crowd involved more.

So pumped after the win over here on our travels once we got word! Got a text from my bro who was using our season tickets, must have been a great game to be at after some of the shockers earlier in the year. Caught some highlights on YouTube, goals from walker & Henderson were superb! Looking forward to being back on deck for the next home game! :D

so all those crows fans on this website calling for the head of neil craig after one real tough period should leave those decisions to the club and not call for his head again if we stop winning after a brilliant win against geelong and if you are going to say something like that stick with it and if things turnaround don't start jumping on board like you were always behind neil craig this year.

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU
