Chad Cornes said to us they are going to expand it so they can train indoors, how the hell can they afford that, is they SANFL going to pay for it, and indirectly our clubs? Are they going to go into more debt?

I think the last state budget also gave $$$ to both crows and Port to update their football facilities.

And Chocko said that a lot of the criticism of Pearce is unfair and that Burgoyne is playing a role and doing a fair job.

Doubt it, probably the opposite, Choko would probably give them a pat on the had and make them feel even more comfortable in their spots.

The power board should pull the contract for Mark Williams off the table if Peter Burgoyne is selected to play for PAP this week.

WYC I don't think we'll hear from Booney today, apparently there are reports of a "gentleman" filtting Boons description stalking any Power player/coach who dares shows his face outside the Alan Scott Hqtrs and muttering to himself about "guts" (showing some) and having an "absolute" gutsfull....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Im here,just not very talkative.

My visit to training the other Friday was interesting. I stood near the Power headquarters and as several players made their way out, Danyle Pearce included I quipped

Boon : “Copping it in the papers a bit Danyle”

Pearce : “ Yeah, I have been”

Boon : “Fair enough too, you’ve been rubbish for a month”

Lade “ hehe “

Boon “Hey Pete, with the Magpies this week mate?”

P.Burgoyne “Yeah mate “

Boon “Might be for the rest of the year with the crap you served up last week”

From there an old man in a tracksuit came out and asked me if I was ok, I told him I was, but they weren’t.( Pointing at the players )

I don't get why it's wrong for a one-eyed Port supporter to criticise PORT?

Typical? Who knows
Critical? Yes, I pay to be.( Membership,Season Ticket,merchandise )
Rubbish? Yes, they have been.
One eyed? You betcha.
Get a life? Sure you can suggest that, but you know nothing about me.

Are you suggesting I should be happy with what has been dished up?

At least Booney is paid up and passionate..
A few more Port supporters could follow the lead on that front...
The club would be better off with more supporters as passionate as Booney IMO...
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

Of coarse its ok to be critical SS. but abusing players to their face is over stepping the mark IMO. Personal attacks off the field is taking it too far. ever heard of sticking by your own players. i see it happen all too much with port supporters, even when they win!
