or they could make an offer to the likes of a tippet and hey presto griffin is a number 2 ruckman or even the number 1 one ruckman. you gotta love speculation.[/quote]

Absolutely, the Gold Coast will have players from every club in their sites (to differing degrees of priority) .. Who knows who they will target but they'll shake the footy world up a bit (lol should be interesting to watch actually).

You'd think as much as clubs are concerned about losing a player they want to keep, they could also see opportunity to get some value for a player they deem expendable.

I'm still hoping Tippett will develop into a CHF in time, and I'd like to see hime in the forward line most of the time now.
I'd like the Crows should give Griffin another shot as the ruckman with Maric.
He looked promising early, but slipped back when he developed the hip problem..
The reports said he had a good one in the SANFL last week.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

The idea of tippett and walker working together in the foward line as CHF and FF sounds pretty promising if they develop together. I thought Griffin had a good game against North a couple of weeks ago aswell, should be in the selectors sights.
