Hardingham played 8 games in 2014 and in his last 5 games averaged less than 4 possessions. Kavanagh played 3 games in 2014. Winderlich wanted to retire. I don't think Essendon were going to keep these blokes on anyway. There is also the situation that Ben Howlett will reportedly only stay if Hird stays. So far the only player on the move that Essendon would regard as required is Ryder. It will be very interesting to see what happens when the 60,000+ members get their say.

Hardingham was doing to be delisted last year but was kept as a backup. Both Kav and Hardy couldnt break into our ordinary side this year so they dont have much to offer. Winders is drained by the whole saga dragging on and wants to seek a move. Ryder is a big loss but that has more to do with the lack of indigenous players at the club combined with the saga

You can cheer when he lays his first tackle...my guess is somewhere late August or early September. Runs around in space and doesn't win a contest. Nearly every time the ball goes in Varcoe's area we lost the ball. He will drive you batshit.
