Fantasia lost faith in the fitness and conditioning team at Alberton?

More likely that he knows he will have to get a real job once his contract at Port is over and he knows it. Essendon have a ton of cap space and Fantasia still has plenty of mates at the club so I’m thinking Sam is just making it up

He's managed 20 games in a season once, across 10 years at two clubs. To make the suggestion the current high performance team he is under doesn't have the answers is, quite frankly, a load of shit. It's evident, quite clearly in my view, that his body isn't up to the rigors of AFL football but you're probably right, it's this high performance team who has it all wrong.

He had soft tissues at Norwood and that trend continued at Essendon even though I have no doubt our medical team was partly at fault.
His body just isn’t up to it which is a shame because he has the ability to be a pretty decent footballer

When fit and on the park he's better than decent, has electric speed and great goal sense but he's not built for it.*

Is it a genetic thing? My 13 year old daughter has stronger legs than him...I guess he just cant build the strength.

He's spoken about the mechanics of his running, how that impacts his injuries. Only two weeks ago he said he'd seen a specialist who questioned his hip flexor movement and how the strength in that had impacted upon his mechanics.

As I fired off above, 10 years in elite sporting environments with consultants and high performance teams around him if the answer was there they would have found it, you would think so anyway.

Kind of feels like the bloke will go on to make a decent living playing either SANFL or big $$$ in the country & ammos.

Body will probably respond better to the lighter training regimes and then the slower pace of games.

Heard Fantasia on Five Double Booney and I think he has realised that he won’t get a further contract. Mentioned Norwood and his new coffee shop so wouldn’t want to leave SA.

I'm deeply concerned about the lack of a review last week and if there will be a review this week...
Or are we now just preparing for the review of the grand final victory?

Couldn't find a bar to watch it in Mandalika, Lombok!
