Port would be told what to do wouldn't they? I doubt they could do anything with how the game is currently run.

Not sure Mr Koch would listen if he felt strongly enough to comment

I’d be surprised if that’s not part of the negotiated outcome for everyone to quickly consider the matter closed

What a disgrace that decision is. The AFL, The AFLPA and players piss and moan about when average Joe from behind the keyboard gets stuck into them for ******* up their multi bet yet a direct message containing a threat to an opposition player is nothing to see here?

That is pathetic and weak from everyone involved here fright from the top.

Balta convicted for assault outside a licensed premise, May and Prestia may soon be charged for an assault outside a licensed premise and Sillie makes a threat of violence to another player and it warrants nothing? Strong chance some dropkick has a go at Dale this weekend up in Darwin, even if it is only verbal.

Accidental tackle 3 weeks, threaten a player off field is nothing to see here.

The Dill and Laura Kane are making Old Gil look like a sensational leader. The AFL are asleep at the wheel.

The consistency of the inconsistency makes me believe that it is a deliberate tactic by the AFL for some reason or another. Keeping them on the front and back pages every day? possibly...

This is the worry for me, there would be some "mates" in Darwin that absolutely idolise Willie and if they have the IQ of Willie or less this is a strong chance of happening, flying the flag for Willie. Maybe this is the reason that he hasnt been sanctioned, they dont want to inflame the situation? Could it be that Wilie and Port have agreed that he misses their next game vs the Bulldogs?

Now Caro has gone with a story that Willie did something similar in a game v Geelong last year. So even with priors he gets nothing...staggering.

What this does ensure is Willie will get booed by most clubs supporters for the near future probably starting with my mob on Saturday night and it will trigger the usual round of applause by his sides supporters to drown it out and make it look like they are supporting Willies actions.

A Saturday night Showdown is a cauldron at the best of times, there's no way Rioli can play this week.

First and foremost he should be suspended for his repeated poor behavior and secondly for his own well being he shouldn't be put in that setting.
