Blokes on last strikes get leave from clubs which excludes them from testing doesnt it?

Might be time to cut our losses with this player. Obviously don't know the details but it seems like full time work keeping him on the path that we want the group to take. While it's important we look after the welfare of our players the club is bigger than the individual and we might not be helping him at all if we keep welcoming him back time and time again.
