In the long run it's a good thing IMO. Will make them that little bit more hungry, especially experiencing a crushing loss.

That's why Riewoldt will never be a great player. Dare i repeat the words of Bruce McAvaney after Chris Grant missed a shot at goal many years ago? "Carey would've kicked it". Harsh but true. Good player Riewoldt but will never be a great. For a more contemporary comparison of a big CHF who is a captain Brown would have kicked that.
