Craig and the recruiting department have to go! No depth, a serious lack of raw talent (with a few exceptions), a game plan which clearly isn't working and as far as i can tell based on the St Kilda plan that is now out dated and a system which in effect rewards mediocrity, I refer to a B&F system that awarded the gold jacket to Douglas, who wouldn't get a game at Collingwood or Geelong, the current measuring sticks!

Bag The Points wrote:I am not a fan of Michelangelo Rucci, but his article this morning brought up an excellent point. The Crows are in the same place the Weagles were over the previous couple of years, but now they are back in a big way.
They had faith in Woosha and his side is rocking again. Give our bloke a chance and he might get the same result when the young guns mature into experienced AFL footballers.

We arent in the same place as the Eagles were - they are in the same place as we were a few years back, with all the older players fit and firing. The Eagles will drop off again when Cox, Kerr, Embley, Glass and co decline over the next year or 2. When we were going ok a couple of years back, Goodwin, McLeod, Edwards, and Burton were all playing terrific footy, and it complimented the younger guys we had running around - almost spot on to whats happening at West Coast now.

I still think Craig is a better coach and teacher of footy than Worsfold. Im not sure how Craig can be blamed for tonight's effort - he actually had some ok moves tonight - Henderson on a wing seems to suit his style.

But sorry, i forgot, we are disregarding any good or positive stuff he may have done and focusing on the negatives...

When there are 2 positives and 20 negatives then we will focus on what needs to be said or should we just hide behind Craigy's 'Get out of jail free' card?

football has changed a bit in the past 2 seasons. 2009 crows had a good year but didnt finish off in Finals again should of beat collingwood that day but didnt know how to win. Yes they had Goodwin/mcleod/bock/burton/edwards and a few more solid senior players. But in that side they had young players playn good fast footy Mckay/ottens/vince/knights was a star/ Tippett and more. These players havent progressed and i think the coach needs to take the blame, ok injuries have played a part in some of these players (only 1 a serious one) even the petrenko/walker /Mckernan/Symes non of them have improved.
What i have watched of the crows this year they are slow/soft and lack real onfield leadership. Tonight in the 2nd half they were run around in circles, scored aginst way to easily with no phyiscal pressure at all, how many tackles got broken, couldnt run with them.

The players need a change, fresh air,off the leash and freshened up both physically and mentally.

Board wont get rid of him , Craig needs to waken up and the best thing for these players is for him to walk.

And Leigh Brown couldnt get a game at the Kangers, but played in a flag for the Magpies...

What about the recruiting of Dangerfield when everyone else overlooked him ?

Injuries are the no. 1 reason for our predicament - a reason, not an excuse either. Lets get 100 games into guys like Sloane, Dangerfield, Wright, Jacobs, Petrenko, Otten, and see where we are. Put McKay, Davis, Porps, Walker (even if its only this year) and things get better.

FFS, stop being the whinging, immature, uneducated, stereo-typical Crows supporters that everyone talks about and start backing your footy team ! Its frustrating at the moment, i know but things will turn - the club has too many good people involved to not turn things around.

How long is it going to take?

How long do we put up with these soft performances?

How long do we keep going until breaking point?

When is breaking point?

If we beat Brisbane and the Gold Coast will the great NC think he is on the right track?

Someone tell him FFS

Almost certain that user changed the team in his profile to post on this board. Don't think he follows Adelaide.

What '20 negatives' are you on about ? Name them ? What 'Get Out Of Jail' card are you on about ?

Seriously, get a friggin grip ! You are quite happy to hop on the (free) ride for the good times, but jump off for the not-so-good ones...

You have no educated facts to back up any of your arguments, its all just p!ss and wind...

The kid will learn from this mate, he is now getting tagged by good players every week now - can only do him good for the long run. Still glad we took him over Ebert, and anyone else. He's a kid, and will be very, very good for us.

Not sure how much footy you have played or coached mate, but if a there are continuous soft performances, then the players in question usually are to blame. If i wasnt prepared to keep my head over the footy when i played, i couldnt blame the coach !
