Ladder Predictors

Talk on the national game

I just had a look through the remaining fixtures and there are some fantastic battles over the last 3 rounds between those fighting for 7th and 8th spot...

I reckon there is still a possibility that Richmond can still finish 9th!!!

I had it finishing as
1 Adelaide 72
2 collingwood 72
3 hawthorn 68
4 sydney 68
5 west coast 56
6 Geelong 56
7 north melb 56
8 st Kilda 48
9 Richmond 48
10 fremantle 48
11 Carlton 48
12 essendon 44

Would make it an awesome finish to the season...

Then finals

Adelaide def Sydney
Hawthorn def collingwood
West coast def st Kilda
North melb. Def Geelong

Sydney def west coast
Collingwood def north melb

Collingwood def Adelaide
Hawthorn def Sydney

Hawthorn def collingwood
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Richmond can make the 8!!

IF......................

They win all 3 and......................

Essendon beat Carlton today
Kangas beat Freo next week at Ethiad...

and last round....
Collingwood beat Essendon
Carlton beat St.Kilda but by less than about 8 goals

Not out of the question i wouldnt think, biggest problem they have is winning the 3 games themselves, Freo (today in Perth), Ess (MCG) and Port (MCG)

I came up with
Adelaide 72
Hawthorn 68
Collingwood 68
Sydney 64
West Coast 60
Geelong 60
Nth 56
Carlton 52

Most pivotal game is Sydney v Hawthorn next week winner gets 2nd spot, loser 4th
Tonight between Nth and Pies also pivotal if pies were to lose and lose next week to WC in Perth would put real pressure on them last game to beat Ess to hold onto 4th.

Ignore most of that now

If roos can beat Freo by around 10 goals and GWS in the last by 15 goal and Collingwood lose both we will have Collingwood (6) play Geelong (7) and Roos finish 4th and play Sydney or Hawthorn.
Provided WC beat Pies next week Crows are pretty much guarenteed 2nd spot with the winner of Hawks/Syd taking top

Just quietly Hawks, Swans and Eagles would want to be switched on tomorrow

WB 20 WB 20
Melb 16 Melb 16

GWS 4 GWS 8

I think this week is Freo's Elimination Final and I don't like their chances facing North Melbourne. They will need Carlton to lose to St. Kilda otherwise as I don't think they'll catch their percentage.

When was the 4th one against North Melb strawb? I recall 75,76 and 78. Not important, just interested?

Sneaky chance of Perth holding 2 finals in week1.
Eagles lose to Hawks, Pies will beat Essendon so Eagles will finish 5th.
Swans beat Geelong and Freo beat Melbourne by 6-10 goals and Freo will finish 6th

I think it will be either Swans vs Hawthorn grandfinal or West Coast vs Hawthorn

If West Coast have to front up against Freo in the first week of the finals I don't like their chances. It's a likely scenario.

they will need to beat Melbourne by more than 6 goals. Their less than 1 percent in front of north who play GWS
